Description
If we close our eyes and look inward and deal with our own issues, scars, disappointments, hurts and character flaws, then we can be more understanding (blind) to the differences of others and see those around us as we see ourselves, beautiful in our own way. This piece was quite a process of drawing the face, photographing it, tinting, printing, adhering it to the canvas, then painting over every face with acrylic paint. It has been a 3.5 month project.
